Call for papers
You can find attach the Instructions for Authors. The papers will be sent through electronic mail, enclosed in a MS Word 97 format.

Proceedings
All accepted papers for presentation (oral or poster) will be published in a special conference's volume and will be available to the participants.

Conference paper presentation
For oral presentation you will have at your disposal a classic and slide projector and multimedia system (projector and laptop).
For poster the dimension of the poster are 1000x700 millimeters.

Post-conference program
Saturday, 23rd November 2002, will be organized a post-conference excursions at Hydro-technical System in Banat Catchment Area. You can book the excursion using the Conference Secretariat e-mail, together with the registration.

Registration Fees:

Final registration fees are:
Until 25th May 2002 - 150 Euro
After 25th May 2002 - 200 Euro

The registration fees will cover conference's proceedings and materials, coffee breaks and gala dinner.

Accompanying guest's fees are:
Until 25th May 2002 - 80 Euro
After 25th May 2002 - 100 Euro

The accompanying guest's fees will cover city tour (including visit at cathedrals, museums and art's galleries), the cultural evening and gala dinner.
