Interactive Digital Media Student Contest
University Politehnica Timisoara through the Multimedia Center organized on Friday, June 9, 2017, the Interactive Digital Media Student Contest.
At the 4th edition, the Interactive Digital Media Student Contest is a student competition that aims to stimulate creativity and the spirit of competition in multimedia domain.
At the constest, were presented 20 projects developed by 25 high school students, undergraduate, master and doctoral students from the Politehnica University Timisoara, Western University, Vasile Goldis University of Arad, University of Novi Sad, Serbia, Politecnico di Milan, Italy and Grigore Moisil High School in Timisoara. The students presented the projects in front of a jury that brought together representatives of the economic environment and academics, also benefiting from a direct interaction with experts in the field who also offered views on the further development of applications, the possibilities for improvement or promotion in the economic environment .
The winners of the Interactive Digital Media Student Contest 2017 are:
- The biggest prize IDMSC award - not granted;
- Web Development Award: Web Application – the website of School Inspectorate in Timis County - Sebastian Males, Emanuel Covaci, Adrian Garovat, students of Grigore Moisil High School Timisoara;
- Mobile Development Development Award: Mobile Application - Closette - Mihaela Ilin, license Student, Faculty of Automation and Computers, University Politehnica Timisoara;
- Audio-Production Production Award: Video clip- Presentation of Trust Russ Media Press - Rafael Leucuța Ph.D., Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technologies, University Politehnica Timisoara;
- Graphic Design Award: Graphics of Timisoara Buildings - Gheorghe Darle, Dayana Gudac, master and licentiate of Faculty of Automation and Computers, University Politehnica Timisoara;
- The Internet of Things Award: Alexa Embedded Home Assistant - Diana Bordas, Alin Tatu, license students, Faculty of Automation and Computers, University Politehnica Timisoara;
- Special Mention: Personal Website - Marko Malinović, License Student, Novi Sad University, Serbia;
- Special Mention: Tourist Panorama website of Timisoara - Dorina-Maria Strugaru, License Student, Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technologies, University Politehnica Timisoara.
