INSTRUCTIONS AND DOCUMENTS FOR DEFINITIVE MOBILITIES

 

Information regarding the mobility
Art.4- (1) The academic mobility may be carried out at the student or PhD student’s initiative under the following conditions:
a) the existence of interinstitutional agreements
b) the acceptance of the home, respectively host, accredited or provisionally authorized higher education institutions, as the case may be
(2) The interinstitutional agreements establish the conditions for carrying out the mobility between the accredited or provisionally authorized higher education institutions: type of mobility, duration of mobility, number of mobilities, domain, study program, funding temporary mobility, language of study, accommodation conditions etc.
(3) The interinstitutional acceptance consists of filling out and signing the application request, stipulated in the annex, which is an integral part of this methodology, as follows:
a) the student or PhD student submits the mobility application at the higher educational institution where s/he wants to carry out the mobility, in order to get the acceptance.
b) after getting the mobility acceptance, the student, respectively the PhD student requests the mobility at the higher educational institution where s/he is enrolled.
c) the higher educational institution that accepts the mobility signs the application first, then this is signed by the institution that sends the student.
d) in the application, there are also mentioned the conditions under which the mobility takes place.

Documents:
Art. 4- The recognition file contains the following documents:
1. Application form - the standard form is available on each CRID's own website
2. Legalized copy of the baccalaureate diploma obtained in Romania or, as the case may be, the recognition certificate of the diploma used to access higher education obtained abroad/ the acceptance letter for studies, issued by the specialized direction within the Ministry of Education, Research, Youth and Sports.
3. Legalized copy of the bachelor or master diploma obtained in Romania or, as the case may be, the recognition certificate of the diploma used to access PhD studies obtained abroad/ the acceptance letter for studies, issued by the specialized direction within the Ministry of Education, Research, Youth and Sports.
4. Document with an apostille or superlegalization, as the case may be, attesting the school situation for the years of study graduated, which contains the disciplines, grades, credit number/ point number and the number of course hours for each discipline, issued by the higher educational institution from which the student comes and a legalized translation into Romanian.
5. Analytical programs for the studied disciplines in the higher educational institution from which the student comes and, as the case may be, a legalized translation into Romanian.
6. Certificate of linguistic competence for the language of instruction and examination.
7. Legalized copy of the birth certificate, identity card or passport and, as the case may be, a legalized translation into Romanian.
8. Legalized copy of the marriage certificate, in case in which the name appearing on the study documents is not the same with the name on the identity card and, as the case may be, a legalized translation.
9. Affidavit that the previous studies were not interrupted as a result of expulsion due to violation of the provisions of the code of ethics and deontology of the home university.
