Expertise area and responsibilities:

PATRIMONY MANAGEMENT AND RELATIONS WITH THE ECONOMIC ENVIRONMENT AND THE PUBLIC SECTOR:

• Coordination of investment policies (including for obtaining financing projects for infrastructure investments), repair and maintenance of real estate patrimony and equipment and tracking their achievement;
• Coordination of elaboration of policies for use of real estate patrimony and tracking their achievement;
• Coordination of policies and activities of public acquisitions (works, services, products);
• Coordination of elaboration of policies related to entrepreneurship activities;
• Development and implementation of the concept of sustainable development;
• Management of the relations with the economic environment and the public sector.
