Avalanche of registrations at UPT, from day one

The high school graduates came in large numbers this morning, July 15, 2019, to enroll from the first day at the faculties of Politehnica University Timisoara. According to the admissions calendar entries registrations were open until July 19 for faculties knowledge test admissions and until July 22 for faculties where admission was made by selection of files.

The admissions contest, whether it was with files or with knowledge verification, took place on July 22.

High school graduates who passed the baccalaureate exam and chose one of the faculties of Politehnica University Timișoara benefit, as students, from a number of advantages:

• The largest scholarships in the country (from MEN and from UPT’s own funds, which can be accumulated);

• Accommodation for all applicants in modernized homes (equipped with internet connection, cable TV, refrigerator, kitchen and laundry on each floor);

• Meals at UPT student restaurants, at subsidized prices (lunch - 8 lei);

• The most modern library in the country;

• Free access to the most modern student sports base in the country (synthetic and grass soccer fields, basketball, 4 tennis courts, gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, athletics track);

• Special training in mathematics and physics;

• Access to scholarships for internships abroad through the Erasmus + program and through bilateral agreements (Germany, France, Spain, England, Holland, Austria, etc.);
