The project DIGITAL SCULPTURE COLLECTION, integrated into the virtual version of the Jecza Museum and completed with the financial support of the Ministry of Culture, in the context of the National Culture Day, was finalized and inaugurated online during the 20th edition of the #impreunaonline (online together) webinar series Digital stories in the Jecza Museum. More than 300 participants attended the event, including people of culture, from academia, close to the Triade Foundation.

The project partners - Interart Triade Foundation, Politehnica University Timișoara - through the Multimedia Center and eLearning Center - and Jecza Gallery presented to the over 300 participants the Jecza Museum, through the "digital stories" of sculptures (digital storytelling) - the presentation of the creative path, starting from the idea - concept - sketch - mold and until the final work, but also the web page with elements of 2D images, augmented reality images, virtual tours for viewing artworks and the digital collection of 100 Peter Jecza sculptures.

The moderator of the event was Dr. Eng. Diana Andone, Ph.D. - director of the UPT e-Learning Center, and among those who took the floor were the initiator of the project, Dr. Sorina Jecza-Ianovici, Ph.D. - Interart Triade Foundation, Andrei Jecza - Jecza Gallery, representatives of Politehnica University Timisoara - assoc. prof. eng. The event was broadcast live simultaneously on the Zoom platform and on the Facebook pages of the Interart Triade Foundation, the Jecza Gallery, the e-Learning Center, the Multimedia Center, and the DigiCulture Erasmus+ project, gathering dozens of messages, congratulations, and positive thoughts from the audience.

The project can be visited at https://jecza.ro/, where visitors can find elements of 2D images, augmented reality images, virtual tours to view works of art, as well as an impressive digital collection of Peter Jecza sculptures.

The digital sculpture collection aims to select 100 works, in order to constitute a digitally processed pilot collection, which will add a virtual identity to the existing one in material form. We will thus have a museum and its virtual projection, accessible to any non-present visitor.

Details about the event and its registration are available at https://elearning.upt.ro/ro/comunitate/webinar-impreunaonline-povesti-digitale-in-muzeul-jecza/
