UPT hosted an international conference - ISETC 2018

Politehnica University Timişoara hosted on 8-9 November 2018 an international scientific event, the 13th edition of the conference international ISETC 2018 electronics and telecommunication.

The event, carried out on four major themes - Signal Processing, Telecommunications, Intelligent Electronic Systems, Educational Technologies and Learning - brought to Timisoara over 120 participants from seven countries, academics, research and economic representatives, a particularly useful opportunity for transferring ideas and making connections between the three areas.

During the two days, the conference proceedings were carried out in 14 sections, and during the event the ceremony of granting the title of honorary professor to professor Pavol Bauer, PhD, Technical University of Delft, Netherlands.

The papers presented at the conference will be published, noteworthy that the last four editions of the conference were indexed IEEE Xplore, and the last three editions were indexed and ISI.
