International agreements, networks and projects
UPT develops academic partnerships worldwide through international agreements, networks and projects that support mobility, research and the exchange of expertise.

An open university
At UPT, international cooperation is a key strategic priority. We develop partnership agreements, take part in regional and global networks, and carry out international projects that strengthen our role in an increasingly interconnected world.
Through these initiatives, academic staff, researchers and administrative staff have access to opportunities for exchange, innovation and professional development.
Erasmus+ agreements
We collaborate with numerous European universities through Erasmus+ agreements that facilitate mobility opportunities for students and academic staff. In this section, you can find the forms for proposing new agreements and the full list of existing partners.
Framework agreements with universities abroad
The university has bilateral partnerships with universities, research institutes and academic organisations around the world, facilitating staff exchanges, joint participation in projects, publications and strategic initiatives.
International networks
UPT is a member of the CEEPUS (Central European Exchange Programme for University Studies) network, which supports mobility between universities in Central and Eastern Europe and strengthens regional academic cooperation.
International projects
UPT participates as a partner or coordinator in education, research and innovation projects funded through the Erasmus+ Programme, the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF), as well as bilateral grants, strategic partnerships and transnational research programmes.
