From national and European funding programmes to industry partnerships and private contracts, UPT’s research projects span a wide range of fields. In recent years, we have developed major initiatives in artificial intelligence, nanotechnology, renewable energy, cybersecurity and digital health.
Funding and international collaboration
Our research is supported by prestigious national and international funding programmes, including UEFISCDI, the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, COST and ESA, as well as bilateral partnerships. Through these projects, the university strengthens its role as an active partner in European and global research and innovation networks.
