Steering Committee
The Steering Committee brings together UPT partners and representatives of the economic, social, and cultural sectors. Through their expertise, they offer the university a valuable external perspective and help align our projects with the needs of society and industry.

Role and principles
Members of the Steering Committee support UPT by providing ideas and recommendations on education, research, investment and ways in which the university can make a meaningful contribution to the community.
The Executive Committee is guided by independence, voluntary service and the representation of the community’s interests rather than those of individual organisations. Transparency, the avoidance of conflicts of interest and consensus-based decision-making define its approach.
Members
The Steering Committee comprises representatives from the economic, cultural and social sectors appointed by the Rector. They act in their personal capacity, rather than on behalf of the organisations they work for, bringing the university a valuable and relevant external perspective.

Subcommittees
The Steering Committee carries out its work through dedicated subcommittees, each focusing on a specific area of the university’s development.
