Hospitality at UPT
UPT offers venues and services for private and social events, hotel-style accommodation, and dining and catering options, available to the academic community, institutional partners and the general public.
Integrated and adaptable hospitality services
UPT’s hospitality services, managed by the UPT Social Services Directorate, cover three categories of services that can be accessed independently or combined, depending on the nature of the event:
- Venues for private and social events;
- Hotel-style accommodation for guests;
- Dining and catering services.
The flexibility of our hospitality services makes it possible to organise events efficiently without the need to coordinate multiple external providers.
Hotel-style accommodation
For guests or participants attending private or social events held at one of our venues, UPT offers hotel-style accommodation in units located in central areas of Timișoara.
The rooms are suitable for both short stays and visits lasting several days, with convenient access to the campus and the city’s main attractions.
Dining and catering services
We offer dining and catering services tailored to different types of meetings and occasions, both for events held at UPT venues and for events taking place at external venues.
Menus can be tailored to the type of event, the number of participants and the organisers’ preferences, ranging from full meals to coffee breaks and catering for festive occasions.
